Ed and I wrote an article on Change Management for Information Security Magazine this month. We interviewed a number of experts for the article: Pete Lindstrom, Research Director of Spire Security, David Sherry, CISO, Brown University, and Jim Ferguson, an IT manager based at Northwest Hospital and Medical Center.
